A mix of our co-op grown Amaranth varieties, which range in color from deep maroon to apricot orange, all with edible, spinach-flavored leaves (some golden, some green, some deep red), and nutritious seeds. Will self-sow, bringing stunning beauty and food year after year! 3-10′ tall!

About 250 seeds.
