Wide kerneled, high-protein, white flour corn stewarded by the Oneida Nation for generations. Makes an excellent hominy corn, and can also be ground for polenta or cornbread. Cook with hardwood ashes, lime, or baking soda to utilize it for hominy/soups. Open-pollinated heirloom variety.
