Monarda bradburiana
Webstore Exclusive
Bradbury's Monarda, aka Eastern Bee Balm or Bradbury's Bee Balm, is an heirloom perennial (Zones 5-8). This bee balm is smaller and more compact than Wild Bergamot (Monarda fistulosa). Its blossoms are a gorgeous pale lavender hue in tandem with magenta petioles. They perform well in wetter conditions, resisting powdery mildew while also standing up to drought. Much like other bee balms, it has a wonderful minty scent and will attract ample pollinator species!
