Parry's Beardtongue Penstemon originated in Northern Mexico and is a relatively rare variety of penstemon, generally found in Arizona. This penstemon variety can handle extremely hot temperatures and periods of drought. It will self-seed AND attract hummingbirds!
Parry's Penstemon grows up to 3-4 feet tall. It begins blooming in Spring and continues its blooms through summer.
Seeds were sustainably wildcrafted in the Great Basin by Kyle and friends at Native-Seed Company.

Directions: Direct seed in Fall. If sown in Spring, plants may not emerge until the following year unless cold stratification is simulated. Can be grown in Full Sun to Part Shade.
