Hopi people use this Amaranth to make pink piki bread. Make your own dye for clothes and yarn with this epic cut flower! Adds beautiful contrast in edible landscapes. Young leaves are tasty! Will self-seed; 3-4' tall.

Days to maturity: 10-21 days for edible leaves, 70 days for flowers, 110 days for edible seed.
