Rhubarb roots have been used for medicinal purposes since 2700 BCE! Now popular for its edible stalks. Rhubarb produces large bundles of enormous leaves, up to 2 feet across.

Directions: Direct seed outside in early spring, or start indoors and transplant outside after 6-8 weeks. Will take 2-3 years to get established from seed. Wait until the second year to harvest a few stems by pulling them at the base.
