Beloved deep purple, wasabi-flavored spring treat!
A big CSA member favorite. Excellent addition to salads pairing well with sweet dressings. Great for sushi wraps and stirfries. Purple color intensifies with frost. Open-pollinated.

Directions: Direct seed in spring in 2” wide bands. Or start indoors in early spring and transplant after 4-6 weeks. Thin to 6” apart for big leaves, or 2” spacing for cut-and-come-again for salads. Baby greens are ready to harvest after 20 days.
