This cheery little number really shows off midsummer, when it covers its 2-3’ tall body in distinctive, hot purple flowers. A medicinal powerhouse, it’s moderately drought-tolerant, rallies in sun or part shade, and makes a superb cut flower. What more could you want? Ooh! It’s a perennial that will keep the good times comin’ year after year?!
