This nitrogen fixer grows 3’ tall, producing fat pods filled with tender green beans. Delicious when picked young. Fava beans are eaten fresh in spring, and are best smothered in butter. OP.

Directions: Direct seed outside as soon as soil can be worked in spring, or plant in late summer. Provide 18" spacing between rows.
