Description
Eruca sativa
Beloved spicy-nutty salad green with a devoted cult following.
Ahh-rugula…those who love it, love it madly. Harvest individual leaves or cut the entire plant 2" above the ground and watch it grow back. Allow it to seed out for a fall crop and you'll feed the bees with a plethora of white, cross-shaped flowers! Open-pollinated.
Seeds grown by Sonshine Acres in Emmett, Idaho, and Titbout's Seeds in Missoula, Montana.
200 seeds.
Directions: Direct seed outside when soil can be worked. Thin to 4" spacing. Can also be sown in fall.
