AKA French Parsley, this cool-season herb has a delicate anise flavor.
Chervil is one of the four traditional French fines herbes, added at the end of the cooking time to season seafood, meats, and spring vegetables. Very winter-hardy. Excellent quick-growing spring salad green. OP.
Seeds grown by Earthly Delights in Boise, Idaho, and Purple Sage Farms in Middleton, Idaho.

Directions: Direct seed in spring or early fall. Or start indoors in spring and transplant out after 6 weeks.
