Bloomsdale has long been the standard for crinkly-leaved spinach, with large, delicious leaves that can be picked as babies or full-sized nutritional powerhouses. Plants have excellent cold-hardiness. Open pollinated.

Directions: Direct seed in spring or fall with 2" spacing for cut-and-come-again greens. Use 6" spacing for big leaves. Soak seeds overnight before planting to aid germination.
