An Idaho rendition of the spicy-savory French salad mix.
A lively mix of greens. Mixed lettuces, frisee, arugula, and chervil to keep with the tradition. These are traditionally mixed in equal parts, but we go a little heavy on the lettuce for Idaho palates. This delightful blend of mild, piquant, and herbal is best picked fresh and served with a simple vinaigrette. Bon appétit!

Directions: Direct seed spring or early fall. Cut leaves down to 1/2" above the crown and they'll regrow.
