Description
Cucumis melo
Sweet, never-bitter, mint-green fruits grow up to 18" long!
Market customers nearly come to blows over who gets the last Armenian cuke. No matter how big they get—and they get HUGE—they’re never bitter, always sweet and refreshing, with a thin skin that doesn’t require peeling. They are botanically a melon, so if you’re saving seeds, they won’t cross with other cukes but they will cross with your muskmelons!
Seeds grown by Field Goods Farm in Boise, Idaho.
30 seeds.
Directions: Direct seed after danger of frost has passed and soil is consistently warm. Or start indoors 2-4 weeks before last frost and transplant outside after danger of frost has passed. Thin to 12" spacing. Provide a trellis.
