Description
Cucumis sativus
A straight shooter of a slicing cucumber. Sets the standard!
A cucumber a day keeps the doctor away! These stately cukes are the quintessential open-pollinated slicing cucumber, the variety all the hybrids try to mimic. Productive plants yield dozens of 8-9” long fruits that are best picked & eaten often. Skins are thicker than some varieties, but flavor is divine—crunchy, slightly sweet, and perfect on a hot summer day.
