Attractive Taiwanese eggplant that makes a superb stirfry.
Delicious and delicate Taiwanese heirloom with lavender-purple fleshed fruits growing to 12” long. Used widely in stirfries, curries, and sautees. Makes a mean spicy eggplant!
Seeds grown by Morning Owl Farm in Boise, Idaho, and Affinity Farm in Moscow, Idaho.

Directions: Start indoors 6-8 weeks before last frost. Provide bottom heat if possible for best germination. Transplant after frost.
