Quintessential salsa ingredient. Let it go to seed to have coriander!
Cilantro can be a tough plant to grow in our dry heat. Sow in cooler weather (fall is ideal!) and let it re-seed itself when it wants. A two-week rotation will keep your production going longer. Attracts beneficial insects! Open-pollinated.
