An Idaho rendition of the spicy-savory French salad mix.

A lively mix of greens. Mixed lettuces, and other greens that keep salads interesting! These are traditionally mixed in equal parts, but we go a little heavy on the lettuce for Idaho palates. This delightful blend of mild, piquant, and herbal is best picked fresh and served with a simple vinaigrette. Bon appétit!

This mix includes Lettuce Heirloom Mix, Arugula, Chervil, and Frisee. 

On occasion, we substitute a different but similar variety into our mixes due to inventory changes. After you receive your mix, you can check the printed information on the back of the packet to see the ingredients of the mix.

Directions: Direct seed spring or early fall. Cut leaves down to 1/2" above the crown and they'll regrow.
