This hardy mix shines in the salad bowl or the frying pan!
A selection of hardy greens that can be picked as baby leaves for salad or allowed to grow to their full, voluptuous glory for use in cooking. Chard, kale, mustards and more pack a vitamin-powered punch. Some varieties will bolt when it gets hot in summer, but you can pull those when they do, and make room for the biennials to fill in—they’ll just keep crankin’ all the way into winter!
On occasion, we substitute a different but similar variety into our mixes due to inventory changes. After you receive your mix, you can check the printed information on the back of the packet to see the ingredients of the mix.
175 seeds.
Directions: Direct sow or transplant in spring. Wider spacing will make bigger plants. Harvest leaves all year!
