Description
Raphanus sativus
Finally, golf ball-sized hail we’re actually excited for!
Pure white and absolutely delicious, this radish is incredibly easy to grow. Medium sized globes are crunchy, mild, and are tasty fresh with a pinch of salt. Harvest them at 1” for best flavor and texture, and don’t forget to eat the tops--they’re a nice spicy addition to a salad!
Seeds grown by Sonshine Acres in Emmett, Idaho and Affinity Farm in Moscow, Idaho.
