Description
Solanum melongena
A market gardener favorite, these fluted beauties boast superb texture & flavor.
This heirloom is one of our favorite varieties for its firm flesh that turns tender when cooked, with a great flavor. Big fruits grow to 7” long and 4” wide. They take a second to come on, but they’re well worth the wait! Wonderful for grilling and for roasting whole.
