Description
Allium cepa
Rockin' storage onion with hot flavor and superb keeping qualities.
This storage onion with small, tight necks and thick brown skin is a superb keeper bred for organic conditions by Dr. Alan Kapular. Seed saver Helen Brookman has kept them through an Idaho summer in her garage! How's THAT for storage quality! It is a wonderful open-pollinated alternative to the hybrid Copra.
Seeds grown by Swift River Farm in Salmon, Idaho.
