Description
The standard (and standout!) green bean–TONS of pods, great flavor!
Phaseolus vulgaris
The aptly named Provider does indeed provide TONS of fat, flavorful beans, and early, too! Large pods reach 5"-6" long. Keep well-picked to avoid getting woody/stringy beans. A second succession keeps them producing well into fall. Germinates in cool soil. Bush. Open-pollinated.
Seeds grown by Fellowship Farms in Paul, Idaho.
40 seeds.
Directions: Direct seed outdoors after last frost. Soil temperatures should be at least 60 degrees for germination.
