Beet 3 Root Grex

  • Sold out

Description

Beta vulgaris

These luscious and diverse gold beets are a real treat to grow, harvest, and eat. Breeder Alan Kapular selected them out of a cross between three heirloom beet varieties. They are similarly shaped, with long, tapered roots with broad shoulders, but their real razzle dazzle comes from their unique range of colors, which span the spectrum from solid gold to pink blush to iridescent orange--a veritable rainbow for your beet grazing pleasure! And of course, they boast plenty of delicious and nutritious greens as well.

125 seeds.
