Bloomsdale has long been the standard for crinkly-leaved spinach, with large, delicious leaves that can be picked as babies or full-sized nutritional powerhouses. Plants have excellent cold-hardiness. OP.

Directions: Direct seed in spring or fall with 2" spacing between rows. Thin to 6" for big leaves. Cut and come again.
