Description
Allium cepa
Rockin' storage onion with hot flavor and superb keeping qualities.
This storage onion with small, tight necks and thick brown skin is a superb keeper bred for organic conditions by Dr. Alan Kapular. Grower Helen Brookman has kept them through an Idaho summer in her garage! How's THAT for storage quality! It is a wonderful open-pollinated alternative to the hybrid Copra.
Seeds grown by Swift River Farm in Salmon, Idaho.
