Who says you can't harvest fresh veggies in winter?! We recommend mounding up soil around your leeks during the growing season to increase the length of your shanks.

Directions: Start indoors in flats/pots in late winter. Cut 2" from edible tops when 6" tall to thicken leaves. Transplant outdoors in spring with 12" spacing. Or, direct seed in early spring.
