Preferred Climate: Grows best in cooler northern climates.

Yield: 7-9 bulbs per pound, 50-60 cloves per pound

Description and Seed Garlic Sourced from Sundries Farm in Hagerman Valley, Idaho.

Storage Instructions: Keep your garlic bulbs in a paper bag in a cool, dark, dry place until you are ready to plant it. The ideal storage temperature is 60-70 degrees Fahrenheit. Air needs to circulate freely around the bag. Do not store garlic in the refrigerator.

Sowing Instructions: Garlic is best sown in the fall after the first frost of the season. Wait until just before planting to separate the bulbs into cloves. Plant the clove with the pointed end facing up. We recommend mulching your garlic bed with a light layer of leaves or straw to help with weed suppression and overwintering.
