An early variety with sweet, tender blubs.
A very early white kohlrabi with bulbs that can reach 6"; but best to harvest at 3". The bulbs have a thin skin that makes them fantastic in salads and slaws. Highly resistant to bolting as the days grow warm.

Directions: Requires well drained soil with pH 6.0-7.5. Start transplants 4-6 weeks before planting date, or direct seed as soon as ground can be worked in early spring or late summer. Germinates from 45-85 degrees. Best quality is for fall harvest.
