After years in our current location, we've cracked the code to abundant production here on our farm!  With only a 90-day frost-free window our high altitude farm leans heavily on micro-climates and cultivates only the hardiest, nutrient-dense crops available.  While not currently certified organic, we utilize only organic inputs and practice proven Korean Natural Farming techniques to build natural fertility and pest resistance into our land.
