A Lofthouse Landrace variety bred by Joseph Lofthouse in Paradise, Utah. These carrots are thick! Excellent choice if you're trying to get the most bang for your buck. They do well in stews, sauteed, and oven-roasted. Genetically diverse with a lovely array of colors. Will openly cross-pollinate with other carrot varieties and Queen Anne's Lace.

Directions: Direct seed outdoors as soon as soil can be worked. Thin to 2-4" spacing between plants and 12" spacing between rows. Plant in midsummer for fall or winter harvest.
