Description
Cucumis sativus
Ooh-eee! These tender Lebanese-style cukes are prolific and sweet as heck!
The Middle Eastern Beit Alpha type cucumbers are some of our favorites because of their smooth skins that don’t need peeling, their sweet-never-bitter flavor, and their long-keeping qualities. Super Zagross pumps out prolific, burpless, 8” long fruits over a long season, even in hot weather. Open-pollinated.
Seeds grown by Swift River Farm in Salmon, Idaho.
30 seeds.
Directions: Direct seed after danger of frost has passed and soil is consistently warm, or start indoors 2-4 weeks before last frost and transplant carefully. Thin to 12" spacing. Bush-type, so you won't need a trellis.
