Description
Solanum melongena
A market gardener favorite, these fluted beauties boast superb texture & flavor.
This heirloom is one of our favorite varieties for its firm flesh that turns creamy and meaty when cooked, with great flavor. Big fruits grow to 7" long and 4" wide. They take a second to come on, but they're well worth the wait!
