Description
Brassica napus
This delicious and diverse mix of tender-leaved kales is ready to party!
A project of our friends at Grand Prismatic Seed, this rockin' mix of tender B. napus kales is being selected for the West from a diverse, far-flung genepool by James and Guy, and the regionally-adapted result is beautiful and unique, just like them! 60 days.
Here's what they have to say about it (from their Grand Prismatic Seed website)
"What do you get when you cross a genetically diverse kale mix (Wild Garden Kale Mix) to an extremely cold-hardy kale mix (Western Front Kale)? You get WILD WEST KALE! We actively rogued out under-performing plants and let our winter make the final selections. This mix has a variety of kale shapes, but the majority of them are in the Red Russian vein."
160 seeds.
