Also known as “Spoon Mustard”, a favorite succulent and tasty mild mustard.
This delicious mild-mannered mustard green has thick, slightly sweet leaves that form in tidy, attractive rosettes in cool weather. They hold up equally well in the salad and the frying pan. Harvest individual leaves or whole plants and eat raw or cooked. In all, a perfectly versatile and respectable little plant. Open-pollinated.
